Established in 1991, Harrington's Breweries has grown to be a well known award winning brewery with eight bottle stores around the Christchurch area. But now, beer lovers from all over New Zealand are discovering this truly salivating and exiting range of beer that is now fast becoming a favourite for those who of you who are after only the finest. Finest Lager 5% 640ml. NZD $6.99
Full bodied Lager. Hopped generously, light texture, balanced bitterness and with a crisp citrus note to finish with. Great drinking with a slice of lemon. -
Dopplebock 8% NZD $7.99
Brewed to the traditional style of a strong European lager. Red/amber in colour with a smooth and malty full body texture, balanced out with a subtle hop finish. -
Rogue Hop 5% NZD $6.99
Brewed with organic malt and hops to the style of a bohemian pilsner with our own "rogue hop" to give it an exciting strong yet lingering hop finish. A great one for a mouth feel challenge. -
Clydesdale Stout 5% NZD $7.99
A smooth but strong stout using traditional European roasted malts. Fermented with our own unique top fermenting ale yeast. Pours well to give a good creamy head. -
Razor Back Premium Bitter 5% NZD $5.99
Rich malt characters and generous hopping provides the perfect balance and are strong features of this beer. Really worth popping one in the box so give it a try! -
Ngahere Gold 7.2% NZD $7.99
This is a 'more than normal strength' lager made with a combination of German malted barley and local barley which gives Ngahere Gold its unique gold colour. Nelson hops are used for the bittering process and the final hop addition which comes from the Czech Republic to finish the aromatics. To be drunk with moderation. One at a time on this and please believe us! -
Classy Red American Pale Ale 5% NZD $7.99
A great example of the styled American Pale Ale, and brewed with the complexity of using high acidic hops, and dry hopped to balance the bitterness with wholesome flavour. One of our best sellers. Do try this! -
Big John Special Reserve 6.5% NZD $7.99
This is a limited edition ale. Brewed especially for Connoisseurs! Conditioned in oak bourbon barrels for one year, it has its own unique flavour and has won enough medals to sink a ship! Big John Special Reserve is a must try for dark beer lovers. -
Belgium Tempest Strong Ale 6.5% NZD $7.99
A huge seller for us. Brewed using Belgian Ale yeast makes this beer big, rich and full of fruitiness. Palate is rich and subtle malty. Full bodied sweetness dominates most of the palate but finishes dry with a herbal crisp hop bitterness. Very good! -
Wobbly Boot Porter Ale 5% NZD $7.99
There has been so much good press about this beer recently. Porter style ale, brewed in the traditional way with a blend of four specialty coloured malts imported from England; the original home of porter ales. A star of the range if you like this style.
